Delete your Eluency account

You can permanently delete your account from Eluency on the web or in the Android app. The deletion cannot be undone.

Delete immediately

  1. 1. Sign in to your teacher account.
  2. 2. Open Settings, then Security & Privacy.
  3. 3. Select Delete Account and type DELETE to confirm.
Sign in to delete

If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it from Billing before deleting your account. This prevents any future renewal.

Can’t access your account?

Email us from the address associated with your account so we can verify the request.
