Why Eluency exists

The apps were polished. They just weren’t connected to the lesson.

Founder Nathan Mason was learning Portuguese to connect more deeply with his wife’s Brazilian family. The language apps available to him taught their own sequences—not the vocabulary, examples, and situations his teacher was covering each week.

He began building a simple place to practise the material from his actual lessons. That personal project revealed a broader teaching problem: valuable curriculum was being created in class, but it had no consistent path into useful practice afterwards.

That gap became Eluency.
