Can I start for free?

Yes. Free includes one active student profile, core lesson and test creation, assignments, supported AI-assisted creation, results, and the connected teacher and student experience. No credit card is required and there is no time limit.

Do students pay for Eluency?

No. Students use the access code provided by their teacher and do not need a subscription or payment card.

Can I buy Standard now?

New Standard purchases are not yet publicly available. The planned current entitlement is $9.99 CAD per month for up to 30 active student profiles and expanded reporting.

Will my plan work on web and mobile?

Plan access belongs to the teacher account rather than a single device. Supported teacher and student experiences are available across web, Android, iPhone, and iPad.

How does school pricing work?

School pricing is scoped around teacher and student capacity, current administrative requirements, onboarding, and support. A walkthrough confirms what Eluency can support before a quote is prepared.

How are cancellation and refunds handled?

Existing web subscriptions are managed through the teacher account and Stripe billing portal. A purchase made through an app store follows that store’s billing, cancellation, and refund rules.
