Do students pay for Eluency?

No. Students use the access code provided by their teacher and do not need a subscription or payment card.

Which plan includes Classroom tools?

Classroom organization, group assignments, and classroom progress views require Standard or a higher membership. Free includes one active student profile and individual assignments.

Can I buy Standard now?

Yes. Standard is $9.99 CAD per month and includes Classroom tools, up to 30 active student profiles, and expanded reporting.

Will my plan work on web and mobile?

Plan access belongs to the teacher account rather than a single device. Supported teacher and student experiences are available across web, Android, iPhone, and iPad.

How does school pricing work?

School pricing is scoped around teacher and student capacity, current administrative requirements, onboarding, and support. A walkthrough confirms what Eluency can support before a quote is prepared.

How are cancellation and refunds handled?

Existing web subscriptions are managed through the teacher account and Stripe billing portal. A purchase made through an app store follows that store’s billing, cancellation, and refund rules.
